“LOQUI” was an offline talk session conducted on behalf of GALA’23 by IEEE SB GECW on the topic “To build a strong foundation for startup triumph ”.The talk session was handled by Muhammad Zainul Zidan , Thejus K P ,Manu Krishna co-founders of RadonAI at CSE seminar hall on 20th November 2023 from 5:30 pm to 7:00pm. The event aimed to provide knowledge about startup and fostering open discussion and learning .The session gave a clear information and ideas about startup .Participants provide positive feedback and expressed their appreciation for the information and engaging nature of the event
